Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the outside provider that returns sponsored results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A direct message contains only what the sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer that message.

Government portals, Georgia agencies, Richmond County offices, library collections, and outside search tools apply their own privacy terms. Their policies control information entered there. Sponsored search results also come from a third-party provider, not from Richmond County People Search.

The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.

This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Rights to access, correct, or delete website data depend on where a visitor lives. Research found no in-force comprehensive Georgia consumer privacy statute that creates a universal deletion right against ordinary data brokers, so no such right is promised here. We can check our contact mailbox and available server logs for a specific request submitted through the Contact page. Richmond County, Augusta, and Georgia government records remain under their custodians' control. Georgia Open Records Act exemptions at O.C.G.A. ยง 50-18-72 may protect specified government-held information, but they do not authorize this private site to alter an official record.
